What is a Program Outline and When do I Receive it?
Your program outline is a tool that lets you know what classes you will need to take to complete your degree plan. The program outline will also show how any transfer credit you may have earned has been applied to your degree plan. All students who are matriculated receive a program outline by email approximately 4-6 weeks from their matriculation date.

Who Requests Your Transcripts?
A transcript is a student's personal academic history. It is the student's responsibility to request the transcript for any military, CLEP/DANTES, international evaluations and/or High School/GED and have it sent to Saint Leo. The Admission department is responsible for requesting transcripts from all Regionally Accredited Institutions, once they receive your Transcript Release Form.

What defines an Official Transcript?

Clep/Dantes Information: This information appears at www.collegeboard.org.
At the time you take the exam, you can indicate in test software the college, employer, or certifying agency that you want to receive your CLEP test scores. There is no additional cost for this service — your exam fee covers it. If you haven't decided by the time you take the test which institution you want to receive your scores, leave that item blank.
